ntpdate and openntpd set time 4 hours earlier

hi! i set my etc/rc.conf to

LOCALE="en_US.utf8"
HARDWARECLOCK="UTC"
TIMEZONE="America/Buenos Aires"

but "ntpdate ar.pool.ntp.org" set time to 14:18, but the real time here is 18:55, so openntpd hmm lol...

in my /etc/ntpd.conf i set:

servers ar.pool.ntp.org

in my /etc/ntp.conf i set:

server 0.ar.pool.ntp.org
server 1.south-america.pool.ntp.org
server 3.south-america.pool.ntp.orgserver ar.pool.ntp.org

and the "date" command man page confuse me tongue

Is your hardware clock really set to UTC?

in the bios setup do you mean? i try setting HARDWARECLOCK="localtime" but the result is the same...

Yes, in the BIOS setup.  Is the BIOS clock set to localtime or UTC?
