hamachi through a router

my college blocks all ssh traffic to the dorm rooms.  to get around this, i installed hamachi on one of the computers at my work and made the laptop in my room join in on the fun.  So, I could remote into my work computer from anywhere, then ssh into my laptop using the hamachi IP.

alas, i have quit my job, so i tried to use my box at home as the proxy. It's hooked up to a router, but i have forwarded port 22 to the box so i can ssh into it.  now, i installed hamachi on the box at home just like i have always done, and it seemed to install properly.  I made sure to create the network on the box at my house. i successfully joined both my laptop and my box at home to the network, and set them both online. still, every time i try to ssh from one computer to the other using the hamachi ip, it tells me that it can't find a connection.

is there some other port on the router that i need to forward?
i set up everything on my box at home by ssh-ing into it, but that shouldn't matter, right?
