PHP Compile with PostgreSQL support [FIXED]

Hello, I'm trying to compile PHP again with postgresql support, however I am getting a utf8 mime2text error and I don't understand why. I have googled my answers with nothing left to show.

Fixed, I had to pacman -Sf php and copy the new config to the old php.ini and then restart lighttpd
