Firefox not fully Optimized The big 3: Java,Flash,and Music plugin.

Well this is the problem Java is slow on Java applets from Websites, I installed the sun java binary i586 program. plugin configuration screwed in Firefox after installing according to directions. Flash is OK but kind of slow. Music plugin to play a song from a website html is non exsistant right now. I'm not saying Arch can't do these things I'm saying that I just don't know how to configure Firefox to fully get the full effects of websites.

you can install the totem plugin:
pacman -S totem-plugin
