Login to Windows Domain?
Hi,
I must connect my Archlinux server with a windows domain for updating DNS records. I wrote a python application that fetches some IP addresses and updates DNS records in our network. All the time these updates were anomynous, so everybody within the LAN could do this. But this method is insecure and now it is only possible if I connect to a specific windows domain. But how can I do this? Samba? I don't want to loose my local users on the Archlinux machine, I just want to tell the domain controller that there is a server in this domain. How can I do this?
