fluxbox xfce gnome kde, whick one?

type of my notebook is ThinkPad T60p
kde 4.0 is more faster and beautifuler than gnome 2.22
xfce is the fastest,except e17

i want to chose light ，fast， beautiful one, which one?

All of them can be beautiful, but if you do not want to configure them, they will all be ugly.

If you want something light and fast, try xfce. If you do not need a complete desktop DE, try fluxbox, pekwm or openbox. I recommend openbox personally.

The best idea is to try them all and judge by yourself.

Use the one you like best ?
All the ones (except kde 4.0) you named above are provided in official repos and are properly maintained.

Go for openbox, xcompmgr, tint and trayer (that's what I do ). It's light, fast and very pretty.
