Firestarter Crash/Segfault Patch Found

Hey everone,

Well I wasnt exactly sure hwere to put this and didnt feal like subscribing to the mailing list. So anyway, I've been really frustrated with firestarter crashing all the time and i searched for atleast an hour today for some sort of fix or progress toward a fix. And finally I found a bug on launchpad with had a very long thread of comment dating back to ubuntu 7.04. Although near the end, there were some patches that fix the problem and one of the ubuntu developers made a patch for the debian firestarter package which can be found here:

http://launchpadlibrarian.net/11683117/debdiff.txt

Perhaps someone should apply this patch to Arch's firestarter package?

Devs don't really read this forums searching for problems to fix, this is what the bugtracker is for so I'd recommend filing a bug report there if you would like this to be addressed and possibly fixed by them.

Well when I go to register on the bug tracker, the confirmation link sends me to the registration form and never confirms my account.
