Vbox modules with 2.6.25[SOLVED]

How do I reinstall the vboxdrv modules after updating to 2.6.25? The command vbox tells me to use is /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup which won't work on arch.

Re: Vbox modules with 2.6.25[SOLVED]

Sorry I should have elaborated, I use the 1.6 binary package directly from the Sun website, it compiles the vboxdrv at install time, the Arch package will probably still contain the 2.6.24 kernel module.

Using 64 bit. Is there a 64 bit binary? I haven't seen one last time I looked.

I found a .run file, but when I run it as root it says permission denied.

Re: Vbox modules with 2.6.25[SOLVED]

Installed it. Seems to be newer than the one from the AUR.

Re: Vbox modules with 2.6.25[SOLVED]

# vbox_build_module

Works for me.
I'm using the closed source version.
Don't know if it's included in the open source version.

Re: Vbox modules with 2.6.25[SOLVED]

That's what I used too. I knew there would be a command that would do it, but the reinstall gave me a newer version.

Re: Vbox modules with 2.6.25[SOLVED]

To comply with U.S. export regulations, VirtualBox downloads have temporarily been moved to the Sun Download Center. We are currently working on a more permanent solution that will simplify downloads for various distributions and re-enable old versions as well.

Select Linux i386 / Linux (AMD64)

I downloaded 1.5.6 from SUN recently, it seems to be gone though.
