NFSV4, idmap, No such file or directory

Hi,

running rpc.idmapd as root adds this line to /var/log/everything

Jun 22 23:13:03 olli-keller rpc.idmapd[16047]: main: open(/var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs/nfs): No such file or directory

i wasnt sure if nfs should also be a directory, so i tried both. first time with nfs as dir, the second the same without nfs as dir at the end.
same error message in both cases.

What now?

followed this howto, although it needs updating.../etc/rc.d/nfs-common doesnt exist anymore
