Is my PC attacked?

Hi folks,

I don't know whether it is the right forum to post following probem;

Recently on Internet browsing clicking the URL will sometimes be directed to following site;

http://guide.opendns.com/?url=h1.f352.m … ox%3DInbox

I have to click "go back" several times before I can visit the website on the URL.  Please advise where I have to check and how to fix the problem.  It only happens recently.  I haven't bookmarked this site.  TIA

That is the openDNS server redirecting you to their search-page when you enter a URL that is not found, i think...

Hi klixon,

Thanks for your advice.

I only found this redirecting recently.  Previous it only popup page NOT found.  Therefore I thought that it might be a problem.

If you (or someone who also has admin access to your router/computer) didn't setup opendns, it IS possible that your ISP is using OpenDNS on their end now.

Hi, verify that your DNS server is configured with opendns (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220).

Hi jdhore,

I see.

ISP just changed a new router several days before.  They can access the router which is on loan free of charge.  ISP don't have privilege accessing the server here which has been working for more one and half years.
