pppconfig and resolvconf

Hi @all.

This is my 2nd day using arch and I'll try to stay with it because it runs very smooth on my old laptop big_smile
I am using a umts card for network when no wlan is available.
What me wonders is that for configuring ppp-connections there is no pppconfig package available so I have to copy&paste scripts from somewhere else.
Also I am missing the resolvconf package I was used to in gentoo and ubuntu which handles updates of nameservers in the resolv.conf.

Are there any plans of implementing this in arch?
There is also something new in replace to resolvconf -> http://roy.marples.name/openresolv

Re: pppconfig and resolvconf

ok, I saw that netcfg2 also supports ppp.

I tried to use it with demand mode,
the best way i see that i can start it via rc.conf NETWORKS directive.
Problem is that in demand mode netcfg2 stays in foreground of console.

someone experiences with that?
