Plasma-Theme: Kotonaru (from KaOS)
Colors: Kotonaru (also from KaOS)
KDM and KSplash: Based on Helium One, which fits perfectly with the Kotonaru Style + a very few changed made by myself to make it the "Arch Way"

The dock (I assume that's what you mean) is most likely Cairo-Dock.

Desktop theme: plasma next (The new default plasma theme for kde 5, very much work in progress and it does not display in all its glory in kde 4)

I can't quite remember (been a while since I used that config) but from memory the plasma is oxygen.  The window decorations are an emerald (smaragd) theme from memory, although I can't recall what one, and yes the dock is cairo dock.

A new KDE config, that I'm dubbing Knome.

I achieved it using a .js file that I loaded into the Desktop Console.

Using oxygen decorations, obsidian coast colours, oxygen icons.

Wow, amazing! I haven't used KDE for about 2 years now because of all that wanna-be eye-candy stuff (I prefer a professional, elegant design), but your customizations just fit my taste. That's the first KDE desktop, I really like. Still a shame, that you still can't deactivate the Plasma icon / bar. Why are KDE devs just so stubborn?
