Have any other Windstream customers had slow internet lately?

Like 30-50KB/s connection speeds? Early in the morning (before 9) and late at night (after 9) I can get 160+KB/s. Does anyone else experience this? It just started for me about a week ago. It happens on Arch, Ubuntu, and Windows XP/Vista.
