BCM4328 works whenever it feels like... help please [SOLVED]

hello
I have a macbook recently i installed ubuntu with ndiswrapper and i managed to have this wireless card working, now i installed ArchLinux and i can't manage to have it working all the time, i can't find any kind of pattern with the way that it seems to make it to connect, maybe it's something with my configuration or something, did anyone had a similiar problem.
Could anyone help me here please. Thanks allot in advance.
Btw excelent distro i love it. really a great way to learn about linux and OS.

[EDIT:]Sorry after being 1day on this i finally fixed, very simple solution in fact, i just increased the timeout to 60sec on my wireless profile.

Sorry for the waste of space in openning a new thread.
