[Partially Fixed] Multiple Issues with Samba

The way I share files between two boxes is very simple:

Network Cable -> WRT54GL WiFi router (DD-WRT 24SP1) -> Primary Box "beaufity" (Arch i686 / Connected with cable) -> Laptop "evidence" (Windows Vista Home Basic / Atheros WiFi adapter)

1. When accessing share from Windows Vista, the directory filenames are messed up

The "I3TPED~C" should be as "Interpol - Our Love To Admire"
How is it possible to fix?
