use two wifi connection

Hello
I currently have two wifi card. And I can connect them to two different wifi network.
But both are slow. Is there any way to improve my spead like loadbalancing or something similar?

But I've never seen those command before so I'm wondering if it's not too old.

Those commands are a part of iproute package, nothing outdated about them.
