like the title says, these applications suddenly started segfaulting when ran. only thing ive changed is running a system update yesterday, and everything was working fine afterwords... until yesterday that is.

refreshing...
Segmentation faultanoyingly there is nothing particularly useful in the terminal output, the GTK warnings have bean around for several months without any problems, GVim still works fine and that also displays the same errors.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Refer to /var/log/pacman.log to see the list of packages you updated today/yesterday. I'd start there. I'm up to date as of this morning and have suffered no seg faults with FF, but I don't use wicd.
