Trying to use phpMyAdmin

I just installed php, mysql and apache, I've followed the steps on the wiki but when I type http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/ I only see the contents of the directory but I don't see the interface of phpmyadmin. Perhaps I messed up a config file or something? What should I do to fix this?

Thanks

Re: Trying to use phpMyAdmin

This might be a stupid question, but did you install phpmyadmin?  I know it mentions it in the wiki, but I don't think it explicitly instructs the reader to install that package.

Re: Trying to use phpMyAdmin

I used the guide here http://dan.drydog.com/apache2php.html and it worked, I also hadn't correctly created the user for phpmyadmin. Thanks for your help
