I have installed the latest Broadcom BCM4312 driver using the wiki page. The driver is working. I can do a wlist scan and find my essid, but it can not connect due to my wep encription. If i turn off wep I can connect to my router.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have been reading around but have not been able to find a solution to this problem.
Thank you

I also have a 4312...
I'm using it with the wl driver ( aur/broadcom-wl ), with a WPA2-PSK network. You know, wep isn't safe...

Have you tried to use a network connections manager like wicd? And as said above WEP is known to be very insecure, WPA2 is a lot more secure, I'm also using WPA2-PSK.

I found it easier to just install the firmware and firmware cutter via AUR, as then I do not have wierd problems with the broadcom wired card.
Was as simple as:
yaourt -S b43-firmware
After that it started working automatically using the gnome network manager applet.
