can't access network router

I can't access network router and other clients in network, details:
my ip that should be assigned to my pc by dhcp is 192.168.1.7 but ifconfig tells my ip is 192.168.0.7.
where can I set the ip I want to get from router?

Check your logs for dhcp-related messages - you need to determine where your PC is getting the 0.7 address from first, so you can disable it.

If you still have problems after that, you can set the 1.7 address statically instead.
