netcfg fails to setup wireless

Getting the following output from netcfg:

you should change wep for wap encryption

Ok, I thought this was solved, but it is taking dozens of trys to get me connected to wireless now.  Here is the error I get from netcfg:

[~]$ sudo netcfg home
