One of the buildings at work has wifi with nothing but apple airport extremes in them. I can connect to just about every other darned AP out there using wicd, but for some reason I cannot connect to the extreme. I've used every combination of encryption options I can think of, and the laptop just never associates. It works perfectly in my dual-boot windows install, so I know the hardware is fine.
In the wireless setup of the airport, it lists the security as "WEP (Transitional Security Network)."
I've tried every combination of WEP, WPA 1/2, the works, and it still will not connect. Any suggestions?
