Verifying installed packages

As some might already know I'm having big trouble with my KDE(mod) installation.
I have posted numerous topics here and on KDE forums. And on KDE forums I was advised that I should verify my installed packages to check if
they are are present and unchanged. And I don't know who can I do that do I do just pacman -Q or something more, how can I even check that all intended packages are here.

I guess I would like to have something that would sync my coputer with mirror and then compare the packages and their dependencies that are installed on my  computer and those of the mirror.

pacman -Qe

will give you the list of all the packages installed explicitly. Have a look at the man page for pacman to see if you can filter the result or if you know that all kde packages have "kde" in them, then you can simply pipe the output to grep
