Forum Time?

Is there something screwy with the timezone on the forum server?

Eastern Australia has just moved from Summer Time (GMT +11) to 'Normal' time (GMT +10) but I've had to set my forum timezone to +9 for times to show correctly...

Almost like the server is running of London time (who are now into Summer time GMT +1) instead of true GMT?
