OpenLDAP, authentication, ssha

Hi.

I have an OpenLDAP server and I am using it for authentication. The passwords are stored crypted with {CRYPT}, and everything is working. But I need to make the passwords crypted with {SSHA}. When I set SSHA, the passwords are not working. I am searching in google how to make my ldap clients to authenticate using ssha passwords, but I am unable to find anything. Can someone give me a hand here please sad

Shoud I change something in pam modules, or in the /etc/ldap.conf file, or it is not a good idea to use ssha, or I shoud use md5... Just point me the direction smile

Regards.
