I've added a new connection under mobile broadband in nm-applet, but nothing happens. It doesn't even list the connection when I click on the applet. I noticed that it doesn't seem to ask anywhere for the modem device name - I would have thought that this would be required for it to connect, so could that be the problem? I can connect with wvdial, so I know the modem does work.
Also, when when I select "Available to all users" and click apply it does nothing. I'm assuming it should bring up the authentication dialog, but it doesn't.
I'm not sure what information to post - logs don't show anything and I don't know which config files are relevant. Can anyone help?
