samba shares not seen by vista

I would like to share a folder from my linux laptop over the network, so that it is accessible from my vista desktop.

/etc/samba/smb.conf:

[global]
workgroup = WORKGROUP
netbios name = PHARO
domain master = yes
local master = yes
security = share
os level = 35

[tv]
path = /home/hatem/videos/tv
comment = tv shows
guest ok = yes
read only = yes

hosts.deny is commented out:

#
# /etc/hosts.deny
#

#ALL: ALL: DENY

# End of file

The problem is vista refuses to see it. The laptop's ip is 192.168.1.103. I have tried \\PHARO, \\PHARO\tv, \\192.168.1.103, \\192.168.1.103\tv, nothing works. However, I am able to mount a shared folder from the vista box on my laptop using cifs, so the two machines can see each other. Anyone know what the problem might be?
