Hi
I would like a simple remote control that works with linux, basically I want a remote control for pausing mplayer while sitting in the sofa. It doesn't have to be fancy, just sufficient for this task, any idea on hardware that does this?

If you're using it for music, I *highly* recommend mpd + (iPod | iPhone) + mpod app.
If it's for video, I'm not sure of any specific hardware, sorry.

My mobile does not support bluetooth and I have a non-wireless mouse/keyboard. It's mainly for video, since I have an amplifier, which has a remote control I do not need one for controlling the volume.
