Many questions regarding customization.

1. How do you get the cool opening thing in the terminal like here: http://xs225.xs.to/xs225/08124/03.20.2008-shot616.png

2. It it possible to create a keyboard shortcut between desktops?

3. How do you create keyboard shortcuts to open programs?

4. Is there something like locking in windows where you go back to the loin screen but your programs are still intact?

6. What are your font configs for firefox?

7. Does cleartype work with openbox?

8. How do I get myriad pro?

To lock your X-Session you can use xscreensaver and to lock a terminal you can use vlock

/usr/share/fonts or ~/.fonts

As for 4, I like "slock". It simply blacks out the screen until you put in your password. If you mistype, press ESC to clear the text and start over.

Read the thread in the link above. 

Most if not all of your questions have already been answered in detail on the forums and in the wiki.   I recommend using the search features at these sites--they work quite well.  It's OK to ask questions when you get stuck, but Arch is a DIY distribution and its users are expected to read and learn for themselves.

That's a tricky one unless you know what you're looking for...in this case, it's "firefox branding".
