wvdial LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests

So I have one PC with GT max UMTS pcmcia card (nozomi), it is connecting fine while I am booted into Ubuntu, while I am moving to arch
I can not make it working from this linux.
wvdial is giving me   LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests

What could be wrong?

Hello marwooj!

Has every related application got the same version? Did you try with the same kernel, etc ?
