I love it. Check out the whole series by gnokii by searching for streetart on the site.

I guess some volunteers here are willing to make a dark version?

This one would look good with an Arch logo IMHO:

umm what's with the authentication??

yeah wtf is up with the authentication now. Well, when I last checked, I'm pretty sure it was only in 1024x768. I think that's pretty unusable nowadays...

1024x768 wallpapers are useless... it looks great though.

Although 1024x768 isn't bleeding-edge technology, it remains quite useful for the large established base of users with older monitors.
Yes, prices have plummetted on the larger flatscreen LCDs....
but that's not a good reason to send a perfectly functional 17" CRT to the landfill.

@ everyone who wants a dark version, here is my ARTBUILD :-)
Open it in Gimp.
Colors > Invert
Colors > Hue-Saturation
To make a nice red-on-black use:
Hue -22
Light -30
Sat 20
I'm not actually using the image, I just like writing ARTBUILDs.

Yes, but a *lot* more people are using resolutions aboce this these days, so this size wallpaper isn't a minority anymore, or at least no where near as minor as it was. Larger wallpapers are easy to scale down, but scaling up smaller wallpapers sucks the big one.
