Best way to make an Adhoc wireless network

Hi people, I recently mounted a wireless network for sharing internet with two desktop pc's
Now I'm trying to make an Adhoc network with two wifi cards for sharing files and a windows printer
I tried to make it with WICD but didn't  work :S  Must i make it with NTCFG ?

There is probably a way to get it working with wicd, but netcfg is much better for the task IMO. You WILL need to add scripts to the wicd profile to get it to work properly. One important details is to make sure your wlan0 or whatever device is in ad-hoc mode, something which wicd can't do by itself last I checked.
