AG 4965 not connecting

Hello guyz!

This is a fresh install whit Arch 2009.8 X86_64 and XFCE4, I already tried Wicd and Networkmanager, but my wireless never connects..
I can scan for wireless networks, but when I try to get an IP by DHCP it fails...

What logs you guyz need to analize this problem?

Yes, I installed the correct firmware and all stuffs and configurations needed...
