Pacman sources

I have installed arch, but forgot to add the sources for the software in the relevant file and would like to know what to add and where to add it.

Any help would be appriecated.

andy

Edit: What i mean is that when i was setting up the system, i didn't give it any servers for repository (updates, etc). And, what rpos would you reccommend to put in the file for it to use for upgrading, of updating, or installing? Also, where would i put there repos, what file?
