Hi. Can someone paste the content of /etc/issue file please? I've replaced the content by ASCII picture now i want to go back to default configuration - when login and logout screen is cleared each time. THNX

Re: /etc/issue

you can get it from filesystem package. pacman -Sw filesystem and look in /var/cache/pacman/pkg

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Re: /etc/issue

It has some funky control characters in it which can't be replicated in to forum correctly... Steal it from the filesystem package as mentioned using tar.

Re: /etc/issue

ABSROOT=. abs core/filesystem
wget -nv --content-disposition "http://repos.archlinux.org/wsvn/packages/filesystem/trunk/issue?op=dl&rev=0"
[some funky svn line I'm too lazy to figure out]

Re: /etc/issue

Hi guys, thanks a lot, works perfectly, I've just overwritten the issue from filesystem*.pkg.tar.gz file. If someone wants to know how does it look by default here it is:

^[[H^[[2J
Arch Linux \r  (\n) (\l)
