!usblp in MODULES= doesn't work

I need to disable usblp to get my USB printer to work.

I have !usblp in the MODULES= section of rc.conf,  but it still gets loaded at boot time anyway.  I can manually rmmod usblp and all is well, but what am I doing wrong such that the !usblp directive in rc.conf is getting ignored?

usblp -> !usblp in your MODULES array in /etc/rc.conf

So, your computer denies your commands and loads "usblp" anyway, and then the printer doesn't work? That is very strange. yikes

I'm sorry, I don't know why. As a workaround, you could try putting "rmmod usblp" in "/etc/rc.local".
