wordpress issues

I have Lighttpd and mysql xD
i installed wordpress.
My issues is when i have to puto the

WordPress address (URL)     
Blog address (URL)

if i use localhost, i can enter to admin, and i can see the blog right correct, but other people from internet do not see css styles.
but if i use my ip, i cant enter admin, but otrer people watch my blog right well.
what can i do for both me and other people can see the blog nice well.

in case your provider doesn't assign you a static ip, you should get a dynamic ip (google dyndns) and insert this assigned domainname into the fields.
