Trouble with curlftpfs

Hey guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble mounting my website to my local file system.  I'm currently using curlftpfs to mount it, and it seems to be logging in just fine.  However, the mount point becomes in accessible to me.

My mount point is a directory simply called "website" in my root directory.  After "mounting" using curlftpfs the website directory line looks like this (when I call ls -l):

d????????? ? ? ? ? ? website

...and if I try to access it (using cd or ls) I just get "Permission denied".  I can use sudo ls -l /website to see inside of it, but I can't cd into it at all.  Neither can I change the permissions or owner of the directory.  I can also view the files in the directory, though I am warned that I do not have write permissions when taking a peek with a text editor (no surprise there).

I remember having a problem similar to this before, but I honestly cannot remember how I solved it.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
