users-admin tool from the gnome-system-tools? Where is that?

I've found a phrase in some documentation saying that "This feature can be enabled as a per-user option in the users-admin tool from the gnome-system-tools".

Anyone know where that is or how to get to it from bash?

Cool, thanks! Do you know of any other cool/useful packages to add to gnome?
