trying to get my alfa awus036h to work

First I tried this http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=15375but it didn't work so I started googling then tried to compile the driver manually. I'm totally lost and have no idea what to do at this point. Heres my errors http://pastebin.com/gvBjtQ4v

I have autoconf and the headers installed...

Registered led device: rtl8187-phy3::tx
Registered led device: rtl8187-phy3::rx
