i cannot save my 802.1x conigurations

hiiii..

i have  a problem with my wireless connection authentication,,
when i go to modify my connection,then 802.1x security.. once i flag use 802.1x security for this connection..the "apply" button disappears.. so , i cant save the configuration..
plz help me... with this configuration i cannot use internet..
