mrtg no longer updates, perl errors

When running mrtg, I'm getting this output:

I figured that this was a bug because similar problems were treated as such by fedora, which I found through a google search. I filed a bugreport too, but this was marked as "not a bug" without any comment, which I thought was a bit rude. I'm still stuck with this problem, and btw I'm using IPv6 so disabling that is not an option. I'd appreciate any help I can get.
