no network in chroot (solved)

Hello,

I'm trying to install a new arch following this tuto : Install from Existing Linux.
It works well, I installed and configure almost everything needed with chroot.
When I boot on the new system I noticed I had no network and no graphical interface. Normal I forgot to install gdm and wireless_tools...

Now I'm back on my first archlinux and try to install the missing packages with chroot. Problem, I have no network inside the chroot.

Any idea why ?

Thanks

You probably didn't copy /etc/resolv.conf from your real environment to the chrooted environment.

Re: no network in chroot (solved)

I replaced it but it was overwritten by another program during the installation process.
Anyway it works now

Thank you
