community/gtk-recordmydesktop 0.3.8-2 [installed]
The video works fine. But there's some problem with the audio.
First of all, it gave a 768 error - with the "DEFAULT" device.
Changine to "default" as per the site below fixed that part.

Still, audio refuses to get recorded!

Though I'm getting "Broken Pipe" errors. That is more a problem of audio quality and smoothness. Audio is non existant here so there must be some other problem.

Hmm.. I can't seem to record even from audacity. I even tried some windows app like camstudio on virtual box.
Maybe it's related to this:

I'm on hda intel conexant onboard.
Is it impossible to record stereo mix with this hardware? What about the routing through jack server thing?
