Zotac ionitx-d ethernet problem

During the installation of arch to my Zotac ionitx-D-E mb, the (wired) network worked just fine, however,  when i rebooted into the fresh system, it was no longer working. Indeed, the eth0 interface seems to be missing. Would appreciate any help, as i really need a wired connection to stream hd video, I am not even going to try wlan.

Edit: Messages.log contains the following entries:

kernel: forcedeth 0000:00:0a.0: open: Could not find a valid PHY.
kernel: forcedeth 0000:00:0a.0: PCI INT A disabled
kernel: forcedeth: probe of 0000:00:0a.0 failed with error -12

Wow. That was easy. Just used modprobe to remove forcedeth, and then insert it again, and now it works. Thanks for the help, anyway

EDIT: This seems to required at each boot... Is there any way to do it automatically, or otherwise solve this problem?
