New subforum for filesystem talk?

I think we need a new filesystem dedicated solely to Filesystems/Mounting (external drives, r/w NTFS, usb drives, etc), no?

For example, take this thread:

I couldn't find where to put it so i just put it in Arch Discussion.

I've had questions (and still do) regarding mounting of Hard Drives (especially Sata), and there doesn't seem to be any subforum appropriate to post these question so a Filesystems/Mounting forums would be neat.
