fwbuilder install

Hello.

I receive the following error when attempting to install a firewall policy using Firewall Builder 5:
Exec error: No such file or directory scp

I haven't been able to locate much information to help me in troubleshooting this; is there something I can look at to try and get this working? I have checked and the file it's copying does exist and the directory it's attempting to copy the rules to is correct, so right now I'm at a loss as to what else to look at. I'm trying to install a policy on a localmachine first.
