I've installed phpMyAdmin per the wiki (at least I think so), but when I start it up I get the above message at the bottom of the page. I found a thread about config.inc.php being ignored (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=115625); don't know if that is what is happening but it looks similar. I checked the symlink and it does exist. open_basedir is set up, and should cover any of the necessary directories. I'm not sure where to go from here; that thread was a couple months old so I didn't want to post there.
