pdnsd works fine, but not after reboot #2

Hi,

I am having a problem with pdnsd. It works fine, but after every reboot I have to run "/etc/rc.d/pdnsd restart" to get it working properly - otherwise some servers fail (not all).

The same exact problem is described in this topic: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=46925 - which was closed, because apparently it is better to create new topics, as to bumping a topic with the exact same problem (with no solution).

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be and how to fix it?

A workaround is to set uptest to none in the server section of your /etc/pdnsd.conf

Even though your problem may be similar, 3.5 years is quite a long time and the cause of the issue (and any fixes/workarounds) at that time may not be relevant to your problem now.
