dhcpcd and hostname

After upgrading today to dhcpcd 5.2.12-4. I rebooted and when opening a terminal saw the hostname was the hostname provided by DNS not what is set in /etc/rc.conf and /etc/hosts for 127.0.0.1 as it had previously been. Any ideas?

After a little digging, I have found a work around and opened a bug report.
